Description: The City of Belle Meade is accepting sealed bids, for a three-year contract for CORROSION AND ODOR CONTROL services will be accepted at Belle Meade City Hall, 4705 Harding Pike, Nashville, TN 37205 (615-297-6041) on or before 4:00 p.m. CST on Friday, November 14, 2025, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The bid package will be available on or after 8 a.m., Monday, October 13, 2025 at City Hall or online at https://citybellemeade.org/finance/. Please contact Nathan McVay, Public Works Director at 615-297-6041 or nmcvay@citybellemeade.org for more information.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 10/30/2025 1:00 PM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: The City shall conduct a pre-proposal meeting at 1:00 P.M. local time, October 30, 2025. The intent of the pre-proposal meeting is to: • Review the Request for Proposal • Visit the existing chemical odor control facilities/feed stations • Answer questions/discuss procurement process This pre-proposal meeting will be the only opportunity for the Contractors to meet with the City staff and visit the existing facilities. Each proposer should limit representation at this meeting to no more than 2 persons due to space limitations. It is appreciated if suppliers/contractors notify the City and LDA if you are planning on attending the pre-proposal meeting for planning purposes.
