The City of Springfield is accepting qualification statements from interested water and wastewater infrastructure installation contractors to assist the Springfield Water and Wastewater Department with water and sanitary sewer installation services within developer-owned subdivisions.

The deadline for proposal submissions is Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., local time. All proposals must be delivered to the Office of the City Recorder, 405 North Main Street, Springfield, TN 37172. Please reference “RFQ #1334 Water and Wastewater Contractor Project Installation Services” on the outside of the sealed envelope.

The City reserves the right to terminate with any firm due to personnel changes. The City reserves the right to negotiate a final contract that is in the best interest of the City.
