Description: The City is currently accepting proposals from firms interested in acquiring the property know as "Shipwatch Square", 3685 Rivers Avenue at the intersection of McMillian and Rivers Avenues for the intent of redevelopment. This Request for Proposals will consider a wide range of commercial or mixed commercial/residential use developments on the site. Specifically, the City is requiring the inclusion of a full-service grocery store be included as part of the redevelopment project.
