Description: The project consists of the construction of a pair of asphalt paved
parking lots and a stormwater management system (SMS) to treat and dispose of stormwater
runoff associated with the proposed site development. The larger of the two planned parking lots is
planned to encompass approximately 180,500 square feet in footprint area and be located to the
northeast of the proposed smaller parking lot, which will encompass approximately 34,750 square feet in
footprint area.

Question: Grading plans C4.1 and 4.2 do not illustrate proposed grades for the new sidewalk. Contractors were also told Pond D will not require grading. Will grades or cross sections be given? The earthwork tables do not include the sidewalk alternate and the existing grades are steep, requiring significant fill.

With construction scheduled to start August 1, and a bid date of June 26th, this will likely delay the completion of the parking lot prior to Thanksgiving.

On the same sheet in the GATC cabinet layout detail it shows Single-Mode fiber optic cabling. Can we verify the type of cabling required for the installation?

It states that the new fiber optic cable should be 48 strands between the existing manhole and the manhole that will serve the Add Alternate TNC lot. On all other sheets pertaining to fiber optics to be run to other lots, it states that it should be a 24 strand. Can we verify that the fiber count required between the first (2) handholes on sheet E103

I am not sure what these fiber strands would be used for. Does this indicate the add alternate 5 for the gate entry?

If we are to provide them, could you provide the type of connection that will be needed to interface with the SFP in the switch. This is typically an L.C. connection.
