Description: The work generally consists of relocating the historic wood framed two-story house currently located at 355 N. Beach Street. The house is to be moved approximately 800 +/- LF north of its current location with Riverfront Park. City forces to clear the existing trees within the transport path and remove the check valve assemblies, and duct work from underneath the house prior to transport through the park. Work will include moving the house, porches, stairs, and Ac Units and the construction of the new foundation. The foundation plans will be issued via an addendum the week of Sept 9th. The project magnitude is $85.000-$90,000.
