Description: Sealed bids will be received by the City of Prattville at 101 W. Main Street Prattville, Alabama 36067 until 10:00 AM on Monday, November 14, 2022, and at that time publicly opened for the following:
022-005-A Re-Roofing of the Public Safety Building, 201 Gin Shop Hill Road, Prattville, Alabama 36067. The scope of work involves furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment required to perform reroofing services throughout the existing building including but not limited to the replacement of the existing low-sloped roof system and various flashing components throughout the facility, in accordance with the project documents and manufacturer's requirements.
SEALED BIDS SHOULD BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENVELOPE WITH THE BID # AND SENT TO THE CITY OF PRATTVILLE, ATTN: CITY CLERK, 101 WEST MAIN STREET, PRATTVILLE, AL 36067.
Bidders are cautioned that failure to submit the proposal in the format specified shall be grounds to reject the proposal and remove bid from consideration.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Project specifications will "ONLY" be distributed at the pre-bid meeting. (There will be no fee required for these documents although they must be reserved no less than three (3) days prior to the meeting.)
