Description: The Clayton County Water Authority will open sealed bids from licensed contractors via a Virtual Teams Meeting on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. (local time) for the W.B. Casey WRRF and Shoal Creek WRF Secondary Launder Covers. Any bids received after the specified time will not be considered.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Virtual Teams Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. (local time).

Bidders must complete Mandatory Site Visits on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. local time at the following addresses: W.B. Casey WRRF, located at 688 Flint River Road, Jonesboro, GA 30238, and Shoal Creek WRF, located at 301 Hampton Road, Hampton, GA 30228. Bidders must arrive at the W.B. Casey WRRF location first, no later than 3:00 p.m. local time. No late entries will be allowed.

To promote responsible environmental practices the bid package is available in electronic (Adobe PDF) format and can be requested by emailing CCWA_Procurement@ccwa.us, or by calling 770-960-5223, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Bidders will need to provide contact information and an email address, and any file size transfer limits to ensure email transmittals can be made. A hardcopy bid package can also be requested at a cost of $25.
