NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the TORRANCE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, acting by and through its Board of Education, hereinafter "the District" will receive up to, but not later than the above-stated date and time, sealed bid proposals for a contract for the work of the project generally described as RFP #05-01.30.25 Building Management System (BMS) Modernization for South High School. 

 

Torrance Unified School District is requesting bid proposals from qualified contractors to replace and modernize the existing Building Management System (BMS) controls at South High School by implementing a new BMS using BACnet and Tridium software platform. This includes coordinating with the District ETIS (Educational Technology and Information Services) department to create a server for hosting the new software, as well as the integration of Tridium graphical user interface software and licensing.

Proposals shall be inclusive of design, development of a detailed scope of work, a proposed baseline schedule, project management, control installations, programming, startup, commissioning, and training of necessary TUSD maintenance staff.

Respondents shall provide their company background, financial health, experience with executing previous HVAC control installation and/or modernization projects.

Respondents must possess a current and active C-20 license.
