Description: An existing residential-styled structure in Woodland Park used for staff offices will be partially renovated on the exterior to improve water infiltration issues and some structural joist damage in the basement/crawlspace areas due to insects. This building is located at 821 West 9th Street in Columbia, Tennessee. The Contractor shall restore exterior features and partial structural joist replacement as described per the drawings prepared by Nuber Architecture, LLC. Additional scope of work items are as follows: 1. Remove/replace existing shingle roof system. 2. Repaint existing exterior brick facade with some repointing as described in the drawings and specifications. 3. Replace existing defective structural floor joists as described in the drawings and specifications. 4. Provide all new gutters and downspouts. The gutter system will be a suspended from metal hangers as the fascia is not a traditional design. 5. Repoint existing brick and stone work on the exterior per the structural drawings and specifications.
