Question: Are substitutions acceptable as far as manufacturers as long as they meet the same specs?
Response: We are a Lenovo Self-Maintainer. If you would like to quote a comparable Lenovo product that meets all of the required specs, or a comparable device that would be comparable quality wise and offer fast quality repairs. we would consider the quote.

Question: Do you want the additional 16 GB of RAM separately or pre-installed in the system?
Response: We prefer to have the 16GB of RAM pre-installed but you may quote it separately.
