Description:
The Board of County Commissioners of Escambia County, Florida is seeking the Professional Services of a qualified Contractor to provide for the furnishing, deliver, and installation of hardware and software for an Inmate Telephone System.
The intent of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek product and service information from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide for the furnishing, delivery, and installation of hardware and software for an Inmate Telephone System. The system will be utilized within a correctional environments at the Escambia County Jail's detention facility on a revenue-sharing/commission basis with proceeds payable to the Escambia County Jail's Inmate Welfare Fund (IWF). The system shall provide for inmate use, a local and long-distance telephone service includinig a recording and monitoring system, and equipment.
Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 6/26/2019 10:00 AM
Pre-Bid Meeting Details: This non-mandatory pre-solicitation conference will take place at the Escambia County Jail, 2935 North L Street, Pensacola, FL, 32501. This meeting will be a walk-through so all meeting attendees are asked to meet in the parking lot prior to entry. The meeting will begin promptly at 10:00 AM, so please arrive early.
