Description:
The Waccamaw Neck Branch Library Parking Lot Expansion Project was prompted by the need for additional parking at the Library. The project will provide 26 additional parking stalls on the Library’s property. The project consists of 1) Installing new stormwater pipes and structure with minor modifications to the existing structures 2) Install new driveway connection and parking stalls 3) Modification to the existing pond outlet structure and pond bank for an emergency spill way and 4) Landscaping required for the interior and exterior of the parking lot. The awarded contractor will also be required to submit a lighting plan for the parking lot. The Library is located at 41 St. Paul Pl, Pawley’s Island, SC 29585
