Description: NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Township of Quincy will receive sealed proposals for select improvements to the elevator that services the Quincy Township facility located at 706 Maine St, Quincy, IL 62301. Proposals are due December 5, 2024 by 4:00 pm and shall be received by the City of Quincy’s Purchasing Department, located at 730 Maine Street, Suite #226, Quincy, IL 62301.

Work description: The proposed improvements include but are not limited to:
∙Replacement of the elevator hydraulic control unit & motor controls
∙Replacement of the car station and elevator fixtures
∙Replacement of door operator parts or mechanisms

The RFP packets are available online at www.quincyil.gov/bids.

The Township of Quincy reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any and all proposals. The Township of Quincy reserves the right to accept the most advantageous proposal for the Township.
