Question: 1. Are we able to be approved to work from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday? 2. Do you want us to replace all Counter Flashing for Roof to Wall Junctions on 3801-3808 Titus Way or only if the existing pieces compromise during installation of the new step flashing? 3. On 3900 Titus/401 Pertinax there is a dead valley section that is heavily tarred currently, do you want us to add Rolled Roofing in that section for longevity or just install standard Ice and Water Shield.
Response: 1. Are we able to be approved to work from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday? No unless you are authorized by the property manager. KCDC's normal business hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. 2.
