Description: Demolition and removal of the existing wood columns, concrete foundation, wood steps, stringers, risers, treads, hand rails, pickets, bindings, etc., and the construction of new stair system as indicated on the construction documents dated September 2022 at the Myrtle Beach Art Museum, located at 3100 Springmaid Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC, 29577.  Bid forms and specifications may be obtained by contacting Pike, McFarland, Hall at 843-123-4567 for a non-refundable fee of $100.00. The successful contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and all other items necessary to perform the work required under this contract.
