Question: Good Afternoon, I hope this email finds you well! I wanted to verify that this would be delivery only and wouldn't require any installation or unboxing to the individual schools On the General Scope it states ( Point 7) that we would only have to deliver to the dock of the Warehouse located at 101 Support Service Drive. Wentzville,MO 63385 Additionally, it states (Point 11.) that delivery and installation will be handed by Wentzville School District. Just wanted to verify all of that information is accurate :-) Please advise at any convenience

Question: Will the Gas Units require Natural Gas or Liquid Propane?
Response: They are all natural gas.

Question: Will the 4" low profile casters be mandatory ? Would WSDR's Maintenance Team be installing the casters as well ? We have an alternative 5" Caster . I can include it's spec sheet. Would this be an acceptable substitute?
Response: 5" casters are an acceptable substitute. Our maintenance team will do the installation.
