Description: The Franklin County School District is soliciting proposals to secure Custodial Services by contract with qualified vendors for the Franklin County K12 School. The District anticipates awarding to one or more Proposers.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: MANDATORY WALK‐THRU: A mandatory walk‐thru is scheduled for June 2, 2022 @ 10:00 a.m. at 1250 US Highway 98, Eastpoint, FL 32328. It is the bidder’s responsibility to become fully informed as to the nature and extent of the work required and its relation to any work in the area, including possible interference from academics or other school activities. Attendance at the walk‐thru is part of the requirement of this solicitation. All prospective bidders are to meet at the school site in the front office. Attendees and the District personnel will thoroughly inspect the site and further explain the service requirements and answer any questions addressed at that time. Proposals will be accepted and evaluated only from those vendors that are present at the walk‐thru. Failure to attend will be cause for disqualification.
