Description: The City of Battle Creek will accept sealed bids for the Neighborhood Lead Service Line Replacements – DWSRF 7710-01 Contract D project. This project consists of, but is not limited to, replacing a total of 177 lead service lines (public side of the curb box) and 241 (private side of the curb stop) water services. In some cases, the work may include replacement of plumbing inside the building to the extent required by the Lead and Copper Rule. Investigation, coordination with the public, replacement, restoration, and permitting will all be the responsibility of the Contractor.
