The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct an equity audit on our Human Resource and Police Department policies and practices, and provide an equity plan based on results of the audit.      

 Proposals must be in the actual possession of the Purchasing Department by the method indicated, on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late proposals shall not be considered.  

  PROPOSERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO CAREFULLY READ THE ENTIRE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
