Description: The Springfield Electric Department will be accepting sealed bids for Electric Vehicle Charging Station Make-Ready. This project will include completion of the necessary trenching, electrical, earthwork/site preparation, concrete and asphalt, signage and striping, and site remediation work included to make ready for the installation of Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Equipment.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 2:00 PM local time at the City of Springfield’s Board Room located in City Hall, 405 N. Main St., Springfield, TN. 37172.
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Springfield, in the Office of the City Recorder, at 405 N. Main St., Springfield, TN. 37172, until 2:00 PM. local time, on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Please reference BID NUMER 1245 on the outside of the sealed envelope.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
