Description:
The Platte County R-3 School District Board of Education will receive sealed bids at the
District Offices, 998 Platte Falls Road, Platte City, Missouri 64079, for furnishing all new
materials and labor for PLATTE COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL ELECTRONIC SECURITY
SYSTEM UPGRADES. The work includes, but is not limited to the following, all per the
Request for Proposal dated November 6th, 2018.
Replacement and Expansion of the Access Control System
Replacement and Expansion of the Video Management System
Additional Security Cameras
Installation of Video Intercom System
Bids for all work will be received until 2:00 p.m., local time, on December 6th, 2018, at
which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.
All bidders are mandated to visit the sites, to observe existing conditions, prior to
submitting a bid. A mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be held at the Platte County School
District Office at 10:00am, on November 30th
.
Site visits shall be scheduled in advance with Jay Harris at Platte County School District.
