The City of Carlsbad is seeking
the services of concession stand operations for the Lake Carlsbad Municipal
Golf Course. To that end, the Governing Body of the City of

intent of this proposal is to enter into a contractual agreement for the
concession stand operations at Lake Carlsbad Municipal Golf Course. The City will continue to maintain the
infrastructure of the Golf Pro Shop and concession area. The operation of the
concession stand and all related expenses will be the sole responsibility of
the contractor. Contractor shall maintain at his/her own expense public
liability insurance with the City named as an additional insured. This is to be
a multi-year contract renewed annually based on the satisfaction of both
parties.
