 REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE BID 

  The City of Parkland, Florida is currently requesting bids from qualified companies to provide for the:

         Public Works Maintenance and Storage Building Metal Roof Repairs - ITB #2017-15
 

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain competitive bids to repair the metal roofs on the maintenance and storage buildings at the Public Works Compound. 

Sealed bids shall be received by the Office of the City Clerk, at Sal Pagliara City Hall, 6600 University Drive, Parkland, Florida 33067, on or before 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 10, 2017, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened.  Bids received after that time will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any uncertainty regarding the time a bid is received will be resolved against the Offeror.

 A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for February 24th, 2017 9:00 AM, at 6500 Parkside Drive, Parkland, FL 33067.  All Bidders planning to submit a bid are required to attend this meeting.  Bidders should allow sufficient time to insure arrival prior to the indicated time.  Bids from those who have failed to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference will not be opened.
