Description:

The CITY of Framingham (“CITY”) invites sealed proposals for Phase 2 of a city-wide Economic Development Strategic Plan. The Economic Development Strategic Plan was initiated by Town Meeting in 2016 to work towards making Framingham a more vibrant and economically self-sustaining community. Framingham’s Planning Board working with the Division of Community and Economic Development contracted with RKG Associates to structure a Plan around a comprehensive and inclusive community engagement process to ensure that the established economic development goals were supported. The first phase of this action-oriented, community –led plan began in February 2018 and was completed in September of 2018.
