Overview: In order to guarantee that we will be under budget when bids are submitted, we will be converting two portions of the work scope to Alternates – one will be the VRV system, the other will be the temperature controls for the building automation system (BAS). We will revise the drawings accordingly, but, with the Labor Day holiday, bidders would not have adequate time to react, even if we could issue those revisions today. Once the drawings have been revised another addendum will be issued. Meanwhile the closing date is being revised to read September 14, 2017 at 2:00 PM.
