The City of Framingham, hereinafter the Client, is requesting a quote for 2021 Boiler Room Mezzanine Slab Repairs at their Walsh Middle School facility located at 301 Brook Street in Framingham, Massachusetts. This project includes providing all materials, labor and equipment to complete the scope of work, including, but not limited to, temporary shoring, demolition, removal and disposal of existing concrete and steel materials, waste, and debris cleanup; installation of formwork, reinforcing, and embedded steel items; preparation of surfaces and cavities, placement of concrete; limited quantities of concrete patching, and routing and sealing cracks, and cleaning, painting, and reinstalling railings. Refer to attached drawing sheets R000, R100, R101, and R102 dated April 05, 2021 for specific details associated with performing the scope of work.
