Description:

The project initially includes asbestos surveys of 34  properties (27 residential and 7 commercial) located within the city limits of Callaway, Florida as required by local, state and federal agencies prior to demolition of these properties.  Please see attached list of all 34 properties (Appendix A) as provided in the Minimum Technical Specifications.  This list includes the addresses of each property and the estimated square footage. Contractor/Surveyor is responsible for field verifying any and all information provided for accuracy.

 

All surveys shall be conducted per EPA, FDEP, and any other local, state and federal agencies requirements and standards.

 

Additional residential properties will be added over the course of the agreement as FEMA approves.
