Description: Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, FL, will accept bids until 3 p.m. (CDT) August 17, 2022, for Upgrade Fire Suppression System in the Data Room at Corrections Facility.
Interested respondents desiring consideration shall submit their response online at Vendor Registry through the link provided below:

Unless otherwise stipulated in the bid/bid description, all responses must be submitted using Vendor Registry only. No other means of submission of responses will be accepted. Responses will be accepted by Vendor Registry until 3 p.m. (CDT) August 17, 2022, at which time all bids that are timely submitted will be opened and reviewed. The County reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received. Okaloosa County shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting Agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final.
A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be conducted at the Department of Corrections, 1200 E. James Lee Blvd, Crestview, FL 32539, at 9:00 A.M. (CDT) July 26, 2022.
Attendees of the mandatory Pre-Bid meeting must be able to show a valid Photo Identification at the time of attendance (a valid Driver’s License or state issued ID).
Okaloosa County will transmit to all plan holders of record an Addenda in response to written questions received no later than seven (7) days prior to Bid Opening date. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. Please RSVP via Vendor Registry.
