Response: No, if there were they would have been listed within the scoring criteria listing.

Question: Will the District provide the geotechnical services? Are there any other District-provided services?
Response: The District will provide the Geotechnical services, and will be made available after the award. This will be the only service provided.

Question: Since the Architect’s fee is determined, what should the Offeror include in the detailed cost analysis of the proposed items stated on pg. 14, Part III, 3.1.4.b.?
Response: No other detailed cost analysis items are required, by the firm agreeing to the proposal such firm agrees to the stated fee.
