Santa Rosa County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide
professional services to monitor and manage disaster debris collection for the
County. The Contractor is expected to be highly knowledgeable in Federal

regulations, guidelines, and operating policies. The Contractor will also serve
as an advisor and support the County through a disaster recovery effort.
