Question: In reference to elementary & middle school yearbooks not being included in the scope of services, how are those arrangements made each year? Are all elementary and/or middle school a part of an additional comprehensive district contract, or, is it up to each site to make the decision that they feel is best for them? Thank you -
Response: There is a separate district contract for yearbooks

Question: Will the awarded photographer be the sole photographer for all services included in RFP? For example, no other competitors allowed to photograph sports teams for individuals and team photos?
Response: The selected vendor will be the sole provider of the services provided on district campuses. Nothing in this RFP prevents an individual or group from using an outside provider to take photos off district property.
