is soliciting sealed proposals from firms or
organizations to establish a contract for Jail
Plumbing Renovations in Rockdale County.
A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held
on Monday,
February 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., local time via Zoom. The meeting details will be posted in the form of an Addendum.
Site Visits can be scheduled as they are requested.
Any questions and/or
misunderstandings that may arise from this RFP must be submitted in writing to Meagan Porch at meagan.porch@rockdalecountyga.gov
or to the
Department of Finance at the address below. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this RFP no later than
2:00 P.M., local time,
Thursday, February 18, 2021. Written responses will be
issued in an addendum. It is the proposer’s responsibility to check the Rockdale County website at www.rockdalecountyga.gov for any addenda that may be issued, prior to submitting a
proposal for this RFP.
One (1) Original Technical One (1) Original
Price Proposal Form must be emailed to Meagan.Porch@RockdaleCountyGA.Gov no later
than 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, February 25, 2021. All original sealed documents must be submitted by mail to the Rockdale County Department of
Finance, 958 Milstead Avenue, Conyers, Georgia 30012 by 5:00 P.M., local time
on Thursday, March 4, 2021. Any proposal(s) received after said time
and date will not be considered by the COUNTY. Bids are not being accepted in
person at this time.
A 5% Bid Bond will be required. A Payment and Performance Bond in the amount
of 100% will be required from the awarded vendor.
