Description:

The work limits are along Ballough Road, from the south side of Anita Avenue to the north side of Root Street, approximately 0.18 miles in length. The project consists of re-striping Ballough Road to provide a 10 to 11-foot-wide shared used path with a 5-foot buffer.  The existing on-street parking will be eliminated and the existing travel lanes will be shifted to accommodate the shared use path along the east side of Ballough Road.  Additional improvements include mobilization, maintenance of traffic, clearing and grubbing, excavation, signing, striping, delineators, detectable warning surfaces, and curb ramps. All pedestrian facilities shall adhere to current ADA standards.
