Description: This project consists of rehabilitating thirty-seven (37) existing sanitary sewer manholes on the City of Lakeland Scotts Creek sewer interceptor. The manholes shall be lined with Spectrashield or an approved equal by the City Engineer according to the City's specifications. Surface preparation should be conducted prior to liner application by the Contractor. Contractor shall be responsible for all flow control/bypass of wastewater required for this project. A plan for flow control/bypass prior to conducting work must be submitted to the Engineer.
