Description: Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids from qualified individuals or companies to provide professional services on an on-call basis under an annual contract to facilitate and coordinate the removal, collection and disposal of debris following a disaster. It is the intent of this solicitation to enter into a pre-event contract, which would result in no immediate cost the Lumpkin County, Georgia. The Contractor shall provide all materials and services necessary in the performance of this contract. The County does not guarantee a minimum value for this contract.
