This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is being issued by the Calhoun County Land Bank Authority (CCLBA) for General
Contracting services for the residential structure located at 111 Elm St W, Albion. The project will be managed by
the CCLBA. The CCLBA invites the submission of proposals from licensed Building contractors to provide roof replacement,
gutter system installation services, ceiling drywall and sub floor repair work for the house at 111 Elm St W, Albion.
Licensed companies with demonstrated experience and qualifications in this area and an interest in making their
services available to the CCLBA are invited to respond to this RFP.
