Description: The project will consist of converting an existing four (4) acre field adjacent to the North Charleston Creative Arts School into a multipurpose practice field with a playground area and pavilion.  Work will include but not be limited to – installation of drainage systems to include connecting drainage system into existing storm drainage.  Preparing pad areas and installing a 40’ x 30’ pavilion (provided by owner) to include foundation and slab and installation of a seamless metal roof.  Prepping area for playground equipment, providing drainage where indicated as well as providing electricity and water service to selected areas. Selected areas shall be graded and sodded with irrigation installed.
