Description: In accordance with the “Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act” (F.S. 287.055), the City of Lake City, Florida is seeking qualifications from Florida registered firms to provide comprehensive professional airport engineering, planning and consulting services required in connection with the development and improvement of the Lake City Gateway Airport (LCQ), including, without limitation, airport and environmental planning, grants administration, preparation of DBE plans, preliminary and final engineering and architectural design (including testing and surveying), preparation of engineer’s reports, technical specifications and contract documents, construction testing, construction administration and contract documents, resident engineering and inspection program management, and related professional services to accomplish and provide technical support for planning design and construction projects at the Lake City Gateway Airport.
