An Asbestos Report is attached to the bid document. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site, but it is not mandatory. Please contact Kitty Farias at kfarias@cityofhanahan.com if you would like to visit the site prior to submission of a bid offer. This property is currently under design for a park and is in the permitting and environmental phases with ADC and Summit Engineering. Demolition of this building will also be performed after abatement is completed. The completion date for this project is forty-five days (45) from start of work.
