Description: Greene County Government is interested in receiving bids for new equipment and supplies. Specifications and quantities will follow. Names, trade names, model numbers, catalog numbers or other descriptions particular to any item is made to establish a required level or quality and functional capabilities and is for reference only. It is not intended to exclude other products of that level. Please include with bid any specifications, brochures, catalogs, samples, etc. or other data as will provide an adequate basis of determining the quality and functional capabilities of the product offered.

Sealed bids shall be in the Purchasing Office by 2:00 PM, June 6, 2025.

Scope:

It is the intention of these specifications that the contractor hereunder shall furnish Greene County with (Industrial, Medical and Specialty) IMS Gases used for various applications at various locations on a set monthly schedule.
Term of agreement shall be one (1) year, beginning on July 1 through June 30, extended additional two (2) years in one-year increments upon agreement of both parties.
