GRANDVIEW HIGH SCHOOL REROOF - REBID

The Grandview C-4 School District is rebidding the GRANDVIEW HIGH SCHOOL REROOF project at 2300 High Grove Road in Grandview, MO. Bid documents may be obtained from Drexel Technologies, Inc. (http://planroom.drexeltech.com) no later than Friday, December 9, 2022. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference & project walk-thru will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. starting at the North Entrance to the High School, located at 2300 High Grove Road, Grandview, MO 64030. Bids will be opened publicly on Thursday, January 4, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at 13015 10th Street, Grandview, MO 64030. Pre-Bid & Bid attendees are limited to two people from each party. This will be the only opportunity for bidders to access the roof prior to bidding. All questions regarding this project shall be directed to Daren Carney, AIA – Alinea Architects, P. A.
