Question: Will we be provided the sq feet of each floor type for ELC at the meeting, or prior, or do we need to be prepared to measure during tour? I could not see any measurements on drawings of A and C.

Question: Under 6.0, Floor Cleaning Services, it states under Semi-Annual, "Burnish floors weekly", so do we need to add a "Weekly" service, in addition to the Monthly and Semi-Annual?
Response: It should be burnish Semi-Annual and “as needed”

Question: On page 5 of the RFP: "Scoring Criteria Residence Hall Experience in Higher Education 20" I assume this was a typo from the RFP for Residence Halls. Can you please provide the criteria for this RFP (Early Learning Center)?
Response: On page 5 it should read. Evaluation Criteria This proposal will be awarded using the following criteria: POINTS Proposal signed by an authorized officer of the firm and complies with the requirements of this RFP 10 Cost 50 References and Job History to include years in business 20 Early Learning Center Experience in Higher Education 20 ________________ TOTAL: 100

Question: Who is responsible for consumables? It contradicts itself. Page 7 says "Specifications for the proposal are listed herein. All proposals must be for labor and labor- related costs, supervision, management, overhead, supplies, equipment, consumables, and all other costs associated with delivery of the service. Proposals for services that deviate from these specifications may be considered invalid. UAH is looking for a turn-key custodial service at this specific ELC facility. " Page 8 - " 2.2 The Contractor shall supply all the cleaning supplies, except consumables, required to fulfill the requirements within this Statement of Work. The Contractor shall provide and maintain current Safety Data Sheets for all supplies used at UAH. The Supplier shall utilize only commercial grade supplies that are designed to clean the types of finishes, flooring, and fixtures at UAH. Contractor is prohibited from storing or using any hazardous materials, including acid or butyl based products, on site"
Response: We supply paper towels, toilet tissue, trash liners, and soap. We define those as consumables. We discussed that during the prebid meeting at ELC.
