This is a re-bid of a previous project. Previously advertised and bid as two separate projects to be awarded to combined lowest bidder. Re-bid now as a single contract for the two projects based upon TDOT instructions.
1. Signage and Landscaping at the intersection of SR-6 / US-31N and Donald F. Ephlin Parkway in Columbia, TN
2. West 6th Street streetscape project includes the cold planing, resurfacing and striping of the existing roadway, installation of storm drains, removal and replacement of curb and gutter, removal of existing sidewalk and replacement with new stamped concrete and brick paver sidewalks, construction of decorative walls, columns and seating areas and the installation of street trees and landscape beds.
