Question: Will you accept a HPE BTO solution as it would be prebuilt with a faster delivery date
Response: We require OEM equipment with full manufacturer warranty. You will have to define what BTO refers to. Dictionary.com gave 30 possibilities as to what that acronym BTO could possibly mean.

Question: Are you looking for Vendor to do installation? Or is this hardware only?
Response: Hardware only.

Question: You will have to define what BTO refers to: Build to Order
Response: As long as it meets the requirement of Full OEM parts and OEM warranty. We do not want to have to deal with anyone but HP for the warranty on any parts in the server.

Question: Are there any lead time issues with this procurement? Is there an expected "in hands" date for this procurement?
Response: We must have in hand and paid for by the end of April.
