Description: The Town of Scotia, South Carolina is accepting proposals for engineering services regarding the study and preliminary design of storm water drainage system improvements for the Town of Scotia. These activities would include a field investigation of the area, watershed analysis and study, and recommendations. Evaluation of firms will be based on the information provided for the criteria itemized and will be ranked accordingly.

Sealed proposals will be received prior to the closing date and time of 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the Lowcountry Council of Governments, at which time they will be publicly opened. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and include the firm’s name and project’s name. Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered to the attention of Brenna Hancock, C&ED Specialist, Lowcountry Council of Governments, PO Box 98, 634 Campground Road, Yemassee, SC 29945.
