• Torrance Unified School District is requesting sealed bids from licensed Contractors to provide and install approximately 22,000 SF flooring in the Library Building at West High School.  Abatement and demolition of existing flooring to be by others, otherwise, all work shall be as noted on the schematic plans, installed in accordance to manufacturer specifications and as necessary to complete the contract.  Bid Proposals shall be all-inclusive, including all materials, travel, reproduction, administrative, sub-consultants, sub-contracting, and any and all other overhead costs. 

*** Project Estimate - $115,000

• Contractor shall possess the following California CSLB licensing classification: C15 – Flooring. 

• A Mandatory job walk will be conducted on Tuesday, 10/22/19 at 9:00 am Sharp! beginning in the District Purchasing office - see Notice to Contractors for meeting details.

*** Prequalification - All Contractors submitting a bid must complete the District prequalification package through PQBids website: https://pqbids.com/Torrance-usd/   no later than ten (10) business days prior to the bid opening.
