TRANSPORTATION FACILITY EXPANSION PROJECT
The Rockwood School District invites you to submit a bid according to Rockwood School District’s ROCKWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT Transportation Facility Expansion Project specifications at one (1) location. Project scope includes demolition of a portion of existing building. Construction of new building addition including M, E, T and sitework.

THERE WILL BE A PRE-BID MEETING WEDNESDAY December 7, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at Rockwood School District Facilities Office, 17146 Manchester Road, Wildwood, MO 63040. Plans and specifications will be available by contacting Hoener Associates (Wade Welch 314-781-9855)


ALL BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE UNDERSIGNED NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 22, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. submitted via email at facilitiesprojectbids@rsdmo.org.

Information as to bidding instructions and requirements for procuring bidding documents may be obtained from the Architect.

Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, shall be paid all workers employed on this project.

PLEASE NOTE: If the district is closed due to inclement weather, the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting / or the Bids Due date and time will be rescheduled for the next business day when the district is in session
