Description: The City of Daytona Beach requires delivery of Liquid Carbon Dioxide a/k/a CO2
(hereafter, the Product) for use at the City’s Ralph Brennan Water Plant. Historically the City
has required delivery of approximately 1,500,000 lbs of the Product annually. The single delivery
quantity ranges from 22,000-35,000 pounds. However, no minimum or maximum quantities are
guaranteed by this Contract; and the City may require more than this quantity. If a Supplier is
selected to provide the Product to the City the Supplier must be able to provide in the quantities
ordered by the City.
