Description:
The project is Greenlawn Drive planned streetscape improvements, with the work
occurring between Boundary Street to the south and Greenlawn Circle to the north.
The work of the contract will consist of demolishing the existing pavement/roadway surface and portions of the existing drainage system to be followed by the reconstruction of an updated drainage system and a new roadway with on-street parking, new sidewalks, refurbished intersections, an underground duct bank system for electrical and telecommunication lines, removal of all overhead lines and poles, along with some utility relocation as necessary. The improvements will also include the addition of street lighting and landscaping as shown on the drawings (Appendix A). Greenlawn Drive will be resurfaced from Boundary Street to the northerly leg of Greenlawn Circle. Work needs to commence in January 2019.
