Question: The plans specify that the charging station (Tridium) is supplied by the city. Tridium is not a sole source supplier so there is a question if the City is getting the best value. Was there a separate bid for the specified equipment, or will you accept an equal / alternative equipment bid as part of this solicitation?
Response: The equipment will be purchased by the city through an existing contract. This bid is for installation only. Thanks.
